1st Security Bank is looking to find a dynamic individual to fill our entry level Mortgage Loan Servicing Representative position at our Lacey Administration Building! POSITION SUMMARY:

We are looking for a highly-motivated individual who shares our vision to “wow” customers with exceptional customer service and come to work every day with a positive, can-do attitude, provide exceptional customer service to all internal and external customers and work together with other team members to ensure all department responsibilities are completed daily.  

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email and internal department interaction.
  • Provide operational support for retail branch staff
  • Process payments, payoffs and payoff quotes
  • Print and mail daily notices and statements
  • Upload, fund and review a variety of loan products including 1st Mortgage and 2nd mortgages
  • Process reconveyances
  • Balance and reconcile accounts & GL’s
  • Assist with all general service and operational tasks
  • Perform Escrow Duties
  • Other duties and tasks as assigned

Qualifications

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Ability to work well in a fast paced team environment
  • Proficient with MS Office products
  • Prior responsibility for GL or Account balancing a plus

 

COMPUTER SKILLS:

To perform this job successfully, an individual should be proficient in Microsoft Office Products and other Database software.
