Summary
The IT ERP Business Analyst - Warehouse will drive continuous improvement projects and future phasing of ERP related functionality, as well as provide next level of support after key users. This role has a deep focus on logistics, warehousing, shipping and will also work on cross-functional efforts. They will partner with our business users to understand problems/opportunities and requirements; improve system solutions and related business processes; assist with data, testing, and training; and provide support where needed, liaising with vendor partners as needed. Essential Functions
- Work with the Warehouse operations teams to drive and execute initiatives, collaborating with vendor partners and other departments where needed.
- After key users, next point of escalation for assistance related to overall ERP/WMS functionality and collaboration with vendor partners as needed.
- Identify, lead, and drive optimization/continuous improvement activities to derive value, collaborating with subject matter experts and leadership across the business. Focus on creating and improving our system, business process, data, and reporting capabilities.
- Lead ongoing enhancement and upgrade activities; system integration from potential M&A activity; and growth projects. Ensure functionality is appropriately tested and trained.
- Drive development and implementation of system-enabled business processes, including reporting.
- Assist with developing and executing test scripts with business users to verify functionality, controls, and security as improvements and upgrades are deployed.
- Assist in the development of user documentation and training.
- Assist with data quality activities.
- Ensure organizational readiness and commitment to ongoing optimization, value realization activities, and enhancements.
