- Bachelor’s degree.
- 1 to 2 years of experience.

- Excellent attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
- Proficient in donor management software.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
LOCATION
Daily activities are conducted in a typical office environment. EJW currently adheres to a hybrid work model whereby employees who live within a reasonable commuting area are required to be in person in-office two times per week.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
The salary range for the Development Coordinator is $50,000 - $55,000 and is commensurate based on experience. Health and well-being are a top priority at Equal Justice Works.
