Summary of Position

Based at the Capital Hills Campus, this position is responsible for all weekend services and any additional production needs of the campus (e.g. special events, campus events, etc.). They will manage the development of teams, manage equipment and technical troubleshooting, and other production needs. This position is responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting and system maintenance, and leadership for all Summit campuses and venues in concert with the central production team. 


Qualifications and Requirements

  1. Personal integrity and evidence of ongoing spiritual growth, as required of all church employees (church attendance, small group membership, tithing, etc).

  2. Proficiency in equipment and software used for production at campus.

  3. Ability to troubleshoot and fix production problems.

  4. Strong organizational and team leadership skills.

  5. A member of The Summit Church or willing & able to become a member.



  • Primary point person for production at campus for services (for campus pastor, worship leader, central support, etc)

  • Recruiting, training, equipping, and empowering volunteer team to execute campus services and campus events

    • Scheduling all volunteers and campus sound techs for all services and campus events.

    • Planning Center maintenance for campus team.

    • Building, maintaining, fostering growth (both technical and spiritual/personal) of volunteer production team.

  • Primary point person for technical production support at the campus.

  • Weekend Service Operation

    • Ability to step into any technical weekend position as needed.

    • Communicate with worship leader and programming director to support needs of the weekend services.

    • Lighting programming for weekend services.

    • Connect with broadcast teams for any needs during weekend service prep and execution.

  • Develop processes for sustainable system maintenance.

  • Troubleshooting and coordinating with central support to address all production problems at the campus.

  • Advising central ministry support on improvements that can be made to campus production.

  • Owns campus special event processes for internal and external events.

  • Assists central production team with large church-wide events, as needed.

  • Any and all other tasks necessary to accomplish the vision and mission of the Summit Church as assigned by the supervisor.
