That’s Nice, But What’s The Job? 


The Digital Marketing Specialist is an integral part of the SiteLock Sales and Marketing Team and is responsible for consistent, quality lead generation within budget and produces a positive ROI.  This role will drive a data-based, analytical approach to lead generation campaigns to optimize results and increase spend efficiency.  


The Role 


  • Develop, implement and refine high-performing lead generation campaigns across search and social platforms to help achieve our revenue goals 

  • Lead the development and optimization for campaigns that break through the industry noise and present unique value propositions that new customers gravitate towards 

  • Establish lead generation goals, reporting and dashboards for ongoing management and improvement 

  • Work closely with the sales teams to ensure that the lead generation efforts are aligned with objectives and goals for our products and solutions 

  • Work closely with the marketing and sales team to establish the process for lead qualification, acceptance, and ultimately opportunity pipeline creation 

  • Partner closely with the product and communications marketing team members on content creation and ensure efforts are aligned with our strategic calendar 

  • Build and ensure our lead generation marketing programs increase customer engagement, advocacy, and business growth 

  • Own and communicate weekly campaign performance, manage campaigns within budget and delivers positive ROI  

The Requirements 


  • BA/BS from a four-year university required 

  • 3+ years managing lead generation activities and campaigns 

  • Expert with lead generation platforms including Google Suite, Bing, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc. 

  • Track record of developing break-through content and managing creative development of supporting components of lead generation campaigns 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills  

  • Must be a team player with demonstrated skills working with internal and external partners including vendors, clients, markets and cross-functional partners 

  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills 

  • Excellent interpersonal skills
