Positions Available:
Residential Counselor $22hr (Full Time, Benefits, Opportunities for Over Time)
Essential duties:
Work with an assigned caseload of residents to provide support services.
Implement individual service plans to assist residents in attaining rehabilitation goals.
Maintain, develop and document accurate case records, regular progress notes and individ- ual service plan summaries for each resident.
Shifts Available: Sunday-Thursday 4PM to 12AM, Sunday-Thursday 8AM to 4PM, Tuesday-Saturday 8AM to 4PM, Tuesday-Saturday 4PM to 12AM, Thursday-Monday 8AM to 4PM, Thursday-Monday 4pm-12am
