JOB DETAILS:

- Monday - Saturday
- Starts at $20 - $25 per hour based on experience
- Location: Lubbock, TX

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
The following statements describe the principal functions of this job and its scope of responsibility but should not be considered an all-inclusive listing of work requirements.
- Leader on job site to ensure safety, efficiency, and quality
- Assist team of 2-3 crew members in performance of job duties
- Communicate with customers
- Operate and handle construction equipment and machines
- Lead demolition and deconstruction activities at job sites
- Perform framing, drywall, and finish carpentry work independently
- Inspect work to ensure painting, other finishes, and touch-ups are completed
- Ensure that proper safety and incident reporting procedures are followed
- Complete job details and close tickets in software database
