Previous school administrative/leadership experience essential, e.g., grade-level dean, grade-level coordinator, department chair.
Significant, excellent high-school teaching experience required.
A track record of working well with a variety of constituents, including students, faculty, and families.
A commitment to best practices in education including work with collaborative team building and innovative educational practices.
Demonstrated experience centering equity and inclusion.
Demonstrated experience working calmly and efficiently in a busy school, and displaying a courteous and helpful demeanor when working with parents, faculty, administrators, and visitors.
At minimum a Bachelors Degree is required, though advanced degrees in Education, Leadership, or an academic discipline are a plus.
Ability to provide proof of Covid Vaccination, Livescan and TB clearance.
