ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES include the following:

  • Conducts both individual and team trainings
  • Demonstrates the ability to identify varying training needs and the flexibility to adapt the training to meet the needs of the individual or group
  • Communicates training progress to managers
  • Assists new employees with orientation to the department and ensures they have the necessary tools to successfully complete assigned tasks
  • Creates and maintains bank and departmental procedures that are in compliance with all applicable rules and regulations
  • Works with Loan Servicing Manager to organize, create and implement department projects
  • Looks for ways to improve processes and make tasks more efficient
  • Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Performs other duties and tasks as assigned

Qualifications

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Ability to work well independently with minimal supervision and in a fast paced team environment
  • Experienced with MS Office products including Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Ability to prioritize competing projects, tasks and deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Must be detail oriented while maintaining a high degree of responsiveness and flexibility in performing tasks
  • Strong organization skills

 

COMPUTER SKILLS

To perform this job successfully, an individual should be proficient in Microsoft Office Products and other Database software.
