9:00AM to 6:00PM Monday through Friday



  • Confirming rate locks and change requests.
  • Support Product and Pricing Engine functionality.
  • Support sale of loans to correspondent investors.
  • Support delivery of whole loans to Fannie and Freddie
  • Producing daily rate sheets.
  • Maintain and update policies and procedures and review process adjustments/enhancements where needed
  • Shipping physical notes to investors and document custodian.
  • Monitor investor due dates to ensure deliveries are met or provide extensions.
  • Work closely with sales, processing, underwriting, funding and post-closing.
  • Manage User Logins for various systems and websites.
  • Support annual investor certifications.
  • Reconcile purchase advices.

  • Bachelor’s degree in a Finance related Major
  • At least 2 years of related experience required, Lock Desk experience a plus. 
  • Team Player
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to provide best in class customer service to other departments.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with an emphasis in Excel and Access
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and multi-tasking environment.
  • Strong organization and time management skills as well as close attention to detail.
  • Experience with Encompass, Optimal Blue and Compass Analytics would be a plus.
  • Experience with loan delivery to Fannie, Freddie and GNMA would be a plus.



To perform this job successfully, an individual should be proficient in Microsoft Office Products and other Database software. Solid word processing and computer database skills with accurate keyboarding at 60+ wpm.
