Customer Care Manager

What you will do:

• Manage the day-to-day contact center and customer care functions as a first-line responder to the majority of inquiries from members, family and community.
• Serve as subject matter expert in Salesforce and Hybris.
• Manage resolutions and Salesforce case queue management, financial assistance and resolving technical issues to GSUSA utilizing Salesforce knowledge articles and documenting responses and correspondence in Salesforce management system
• Provide excellent customer service including phone and email responses in a high quality, customer friendly, timely and efficient manner.
• Provide cross functional support and back up for online event creation and registration.
• Ensure Girl Scouting is open to all girls and adults by delivering the Girl Scout message of pluralism and diversity to members of the council.

Who we are looking for:

• Someone with an Associates degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• A person with a minimum of four years demonstrated experience in providing comprehensive customer service and working in Salesforce or similar CRM and a POS system.
• Someone that has prior experience in retail and/or general office administrative work is required.
• An acceptable criminal background check and driver history

What else do you need:

• Reliable transportation with a valid drivers license and vehicle insurance
• Someone who models the principles of the Girl Scout Movement and is or will become a member of GSUSA, Girl Scouts Carolinas Peaks to Piedmont
• Willingness and ability to work regular and varied hours, including some evenings and weekends.
