Newcomer is looking for an experienced Technical Service Specialist to join our growing company! You will report directly to our Director of Infrastructure and join a talented group of professionals.
The Technical Service Specialist is key in the IT department’s support of technology deployed through the organization. From installing 
and configuring hardware and software, to providing day-to-day user and vendor support. The Technical Service Specialist ensures that the associates in our 40+ locations can use technology effectively to provide the best possible care to the families that we serve.
In addition to the skills and experience supporting computers, audio/visual systems, and telecommunication systems, the ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, work well with people, and be effective in communicating technical instructions and ideas in a way that makes sense to those with less technical knowledge.
