The Role:

Join a dynamic and collaborative primary care group interested in providing excellence in healthcare to the underserved population in the Downtown Los Angeles area, steps away from the Staples Center. This position will be assigned to complete pediatric visits in the DTLA main site pediatric clinic and will also complete mobile visits where they must visit the homes of our pediatric patients.

Duties:

Position is an outpatient, general pediatrics role that works closely with a multidisciplinary group providing bread-and-butter outpatient pediatric care. Some telehealth with mostly in person care visits encompassing CHDP and sports physical exams, newborn, teens and sick visits, all part of a manageable and comfortable daily schedule. Focus on trauma informed care and teamwork is emphasized. No inpatient care.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Valid California Driver License
• Completion of a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner Program.
• Current State of California Nursing License.
• Spanish proficiency is desirable.
• Experience using EHR.
• Current CPR certification.
