Summary of Position: The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure product shipments are sent in a timely and efficient manner.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in monitoring and maintaining warehouse machine equipment, including routine inspections.

  • Safely operate machinery to complete assigned tasks.

  • Maintain certification to operate equipment

  • Prepare orders by processing requests, pulling product, packing boxes, and placing orders in delivery area.

  • Maintains inventory controls

  • Maintains quality service by following organization standards.

  • Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallets, and workstations neat; complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

  • Prepare pallets for shipping to storage warehouses.

  • Create and apply proper signage for pallets being shipped offsite.

  • Document loads onto shipping trucks.

  • Assist with organizing the warehouse by moving pallets from one location to another.

  • Refill pick locations with full cases of products.

  • Stack cartons on shelves to ensure product can be located at its home location.

  • Load and unload pallets from trucks to be moved to and from multiple warehouses.

  • Maintain detailed records of product being moved from locations.

  • Ensure walkways are clear by cleaning and sweeping aisles.

  • Pull and label mass market orders.

  • Pull and stage orders.

  • Prepare and wrap out-going pallets, ensuring proper labeling and packing.

  • Assist with assembly projects of games which require component added or replaced.

Qualifications

Position Skills & Qualifications:

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on a frequent basis.

  • Must be able to operate a manual pallet jack.

  • Must have excellent organizational and time-management skills.

  • Able to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.

  • Able to work independently and/or as a team member.

Education & Experience Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Experience preferred

To be eligible for this position, candidates must pass a pre-employment drug screen.

The incumbent will also be included in a randomized drug testing program while employed with Asmodee.
