Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling or related field preferred. Equivalent Combination of education and experience will be considered.
Credentials: QHP credentials are required– CASAC, LMSW, LCSW, NCCC, LMHC, CRC, RN, or PhD.
Experience: Minimum of one year of clinical experience working in a substance use disorder or mental health services field.
