Our passion is to bring essential oils into every home in the world. This position is vital in helping us achieve our goal. In the People Department, the Sr. corporate recruiter is key in sourcing and placing the world’s top talent in exciting and meaningful careers all over the world.

Essential Functions

  1. Develop creative and innovative recruiting strategy for international labor markets. This will include developing a pipeline of top talent, and specific strategies for professional and executive-level positions
  2. Act as the recruiting subject-matter-expert (SME) for international markets
  3. Partner with international hiring managers to identify staffing needs and recruit qualified candidates both internally and externally
  4. Administer the full-cycle talent acquisition process for international team, from sourcing through new hire orientation
  5. Headhunt all international positions and source difficult-to- find skill sets through innovative sourcing strategies
  6. Develop key talent-related projects across multiple workstreams, including the creation of hiring best practices and processes
  7. Develop and lead the US/global student and intern programs, build relationships with key partners, universities and stakeholders
  8. Triage and manage requisitions for backfill and incremental hires, within the organization
  9. Build employment brand strategies using digital and social platforms (Glassdoor, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) for talent solutions team
  10. Develop strong and organizationally beneficial relationships with industry SME’s through networking in community groups, chambers, trade groups, vendors to build a strong pipeline of talent
  11. Ensure recruiting policies follow the organization’s professional standards, including state/ federal laws and regulations
  12. Partner with training and development department to compose, disseminate, and promote training for hiring managers on interviewing, candidate selection, recruiting metrics, and assessments
  13. Coach and counsel leadership around talent acquisition strategies in order to increase their proficiency and engagement in sourcing and attracting top talent
  14. Maintain accurate records of all candidates and new hires in accordance with Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) regulations
  15. Ensure compliance federal, state, and local recruiting and hiring regulatory requirements

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. The role routinely uses standard office equipment such as a laptop, desktop, smartphone, photocopiers, shredders, and filing cabinets. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Essential oils are worn and/or diffused in the work environment.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to use manual dexterity to handle, feel, and operate objects, tools and controls, and reach with hands and arms. This individual is frequently required to stand, talk, and hear. Specific vision abilities by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus. The employee is required to type, file and lift office supplies up to 20 pounds. The employee must be physically able to tolerate the scent of essential oils worn or diffused.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This position requires the incumbent to be physically present at the assigned worksite. The regular schedule is from   8 am to 5 pm, with an hour lunch, Monday through Friday. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand

Required Education and Experience        

  1. Three years to five years of similar or related experience including full cycle recruiting
  2. a college degree (non-technical discipline) or (2) multi-craft skills acquired through extensive on-the-job training or apprenticeship programs or (3) in-depth industry and job specific technical skills acquired through a combination of formal instruction and on-the-job training. or experience to carry out limited projects involving the use of specialized, complicated techniques

Preferred Education and Experience    

  1. Five years to eight years of similar or related experience
  2. One plus years of Workday experience
