Summary of Position

The Campus Administrative Assistant is responsible for fulfilling the vision of Summit Church through administrative, operational, and logistical support of the Summit Church Campus. 


Qualifications and Requirements

  • Has a mature walk with God and is actively pursuing a life of holiness 

  • Administrative gifting; strong organizational skills, detail-oriented

  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally

  • Excellent written and verbal skills

  • Gifted in data entry and tracking

  • Self-starter

  • Discretion in handling personal and/or confidential information

  • Ability to multi-task numerous projects 

  • Proficient in Google Apps and Microsoft Office

  • Team player and willing to assist other teams when needed

  • A member of the Summit Church or willing and able to become a member

  • Willing to become a Summit Member 



  • Help maintain data input from First Time Guests, Starting Point, Grouplink, Baptism, etc.

  • Connect interested members and guests to Summit DDC Small Groups.

  • Manage campus communication via the social media, website, email, phone, and mail

  • Enter facility requests, check requests, reimbursements, and assist with calendar management

  • Monitor/Assign campus mailbox pick up weekly

  • Participate in weekly campus staff meetings; contribute ideas that help any and all aspects of the campus

  • Assist Campus Pastor with financial oversight, budgeting, and ordering supplies/resources for campus 

  • Conduct background checks for Summit Kids

  • Help plan, prep, and facilitate “All Campus” events such as member nights, special services, etc.
