Health-Ade is hiring a Brand Manager, Innovation position, who is responsible for leading the innovation process, identifying data-driven new product opportunities, positioning for successful launches, and shepherding renovation projects, while working collaboratively with cross-functional partners.
This leader will be a part of an innovative, consumer-obsessed team, leveraging data, insights, and proven marketing strategies to amplify our epic brand.
Success will be measured by the ability to successfully develop and launch new products, drive brand expansion, and hit our growth and revenue targets.
Essential Job Functions:
- Manage new product development from concept to launch, including positioning, price/pack architecture, supply & demand planning, marketing asset development, channel strategies and execution
- Spearheads new product development, packaging design, pricing/P&L, positioning and commercial go-to-market launch plan, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders to create and implement a project plan.
- Gather, maintain and communicate market trends, competitive activity and consumer insight analysis in order to identify innovation needs and category growth opportunities
- Develops robust & viable innovation product pipeline roadmap and launch plans and communicates effectively to gain Senior Leadership approval along product development process
- Creates sell-in materials and presentations for sales to secure distribution for new items across retail channels
- Manage and execute brand-initiated renovation projects for product and packaging changes across existing product lines
- Assists with other brand marketing efforts as needed
