Recovery Network of Programs, Inc. (RNP), is a private, non-profit, social service agency which has been serving the Greater Bridgeport Community and Fairfield County area since 1972. RNP is dedicated to helping those living with substance use, mental health disorders, and homelessness. Our mission is to restore hope, health, and wellbeing for individuals and families in a recovery environment that embraces compassion, dignity and respect.

 

In accordance with RNP's Mission Statement, Philosophy of Client Care and Code of Ethics as stated in the Personnel Policies and under the supervision of the Director of Quality Improvement, the Quality Coordinator participates in the interpretation and implementation of risk management and quality improvement standards to ensure quality care to clients. The Quality Coordinator will assist the Director of Quality Improvement in ensuring that all systems, policies, and processes lead to supporting excellent client care.

 

 

Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00am to 1:00pm 

 

CORE FUNCTIONS

  • Answer phones and update daily maintenance requisitions
  • Perform clerical duties of maintenance records, including purging of files
  • Manage inventory including ordering of janitorial supplies
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and inspections with the assistance of the director
  • Assume all other appropriate duties as deemed necessary by management.

CORE COMPETENCIES

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one year's related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions , short correspondence and memos
  • Ability to write correspondence
  • Ability to carry out written or oral instructions
  • Considerable knowledge of federal and state laws and regulations regarding client confidentiality
  • Ability to establish and maintain cooperative professional relationships
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to project a professional image 

 

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES

Incumbents may be required to secure professional certification and/or license. Valid Connecticut driver's license may be required.
