Summary of Position
This position provides executive support to the External Ministries team, serving as a coordinator for relationship and process management. This position will work directly with all team leads on the External Ministries Teams to help manage and coordinate the efforts of key leaders to execute approved initiatives. The position is responsible for assisting and resourcing lay leaders at The Summit Church in planning and executing marketplace initiatives independently while aligning with the overall vision and mission of The Summit Church.
Qualifications and Requirements

Administrative gifting, strong organizational skills, and detail-oriented

Ability to communicate clearly and professionally

Discretion in handling personal and/or confidential information

Ability to multi-task numerous projects with clarity, flexibility, and focus while meeting deadlines

Above average proficiency with Google Apps, Apple products, & Microsoft Office

Self starter with the capacity to meet self-imposed deadlines

Servant spirit – willing to support in multiple capacities

Personal integrity and evidence of ongoing spiritual growth, as required of all church employees (church membership, small group membership, tithing, etc.)
