The Conference Services Attendant, in coordination with the Facilities Department, handles the setup, cleanup, and maintenance of the firm’s conference/media rooms, two kitchens, and pantries, as follows:
- Coordinate with reception the setup and cleanup of conference/media rooms for scheduled meetings and seminars, including those held after work hours.
- Ensure conference/media rooms have proper supplies in the credenza for beverage and food setup (coffee cups, sugar caddy, mats, napkins, etc.).
- Ensure conference/media rooms have office supplies in the credenza (stapler, tape, Post-its, pads, etc.).
- At the end of the day, ensure all conference/media rooms not then in use are cleaned, organized, and where necessary, set up for the next day.
- Ensure both kitchens remain clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- As needed, place orders for coffee, milk, and all other kitchen supplies.
- Check pantries throughout the day to ensure they are neat and well-stocked.
- Regularly clean refrigerators and microwaves in kitchens and pantries.
- When available, assist facilities with regular functions and special projects as needed.
