You are actively looking to grow as a marketing professional, and to contribute to the growth & development of TMI. You are excited to collaborate with your team members and employees from other departments and branches. You enjoy a face-paced creative work environment and the day-to-day variety of tasks that comes with working in a lively Marketing Department.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As the Marketing Admin & Coordinator, you will support the success of the department’s overall goals. Job duties will focus on supporting various marketing-oriented tasks as well as supporting Marketing campaigns.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE:

  • Creating PowerPoint Templates and other branded resources

  • Managing communication calendars for various internal outlets
  • Creating Posters and digital announcements
  • Managing quarterly employee newsletters 
  • Working on employee retention campaigns
  • Aiding in event planning & logistics 
  • Performing various administrative functions and more!
Qualifications

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • 1-2 years experience working in a Marketing environment

  • Experience in an office environment.

  • High attention to detail at a fast pace & anticipating the needs of the team

  • Proficient in writing with overall attention to detail

  • Experience with Microsoft Suite 

  • Familiarity in Adobe Suite

  • Well organized / able to organize files / resource libraries 

  • Quick turn-around, can do attitude, & team player 

  • Occasional travel may be required
