SUMMARY: The Owner Relations Coordinator is responsible for the on-site day-to-day operations working with the Seascape Beach Resort owner members and coordinating teams. The Owner Relations Coordinator works closely with other departments to ensure a seamless arrival and experience for owner members.


  • Work with rental program owners to ensure reservations are made accurately, maintenance issues are addressed in an efficient manner, and unit is in top rentable condition in accordance with Seascape Resort standards and owner desires.
  • Reach out to non-rental program owners to recruit them into the Seascape Resort on-site rental program.
  • Walk units of owners who are scheduled for arrival, to ensure quality owner satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure unit exceeds expectations, prior to owners arrival.
  • Act as an on-site concierge for Seascape Resort owner members; help assist with special reservation requests or requests for social or corporate events.
  • Work directly with Accounts Receivable to ensure owner accounts and owner account portals are set up, and owners are provided with a $250 Seascape Resort Owner Gift card, upon unit recordation and joining the on-site rental program.
  • Keep an active Seascape Resort Rental Program Member Contact List with member names, addresses, phone numbers, e-mail addresses, and information about the members.
  • Assist in coordination of major owner projects, such as replacement of owner furnishings and implementation of unit-wide initiatives and projects.
  • Assist owner members with HOA related projects and HOA or HOA management correspondence, as necessary.
  • Oversee delivery and set up of owner amenities.
  • Oversee booking onsite and offsite reservations and appointments for owners.
  • Timely respond to and complete daily tasks and member requests in a friendly, efficient, and accurate manner.
  • Helpful, pleasant, happy demeanor during conversations with owners & guests.
  • Administrative duties include but not limited to prepare and create and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, agendas, and emails.
  • Support safe work habits and contribute to a safe working environment at all times.
  • Follow directions, get along with co-workers and supervisors, treat co-workers, supervisors and guests with respect and courtesy, contributes to a positive and rewarding team environment and refrains from abusive, insubordinate and/or violent behavior.
  • Perform other related duties as requested by the supervisor.


  • Knowledge history of Holcomb Corporation and Seascape Beach Resort.
  • Self-motivated, patient, and independent worker.
  • Helpful, pleasant, happy demeanor during all interactions with Homeowners and Seascape Resort guests and employees.
  • Adaptability to an ever-changing work environment as services, benefits, and programs are added and modified.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills


  • Two years related hotel/HOA industry experience and/or training preferred, not required.
  • High school or GED graduate.


  • Ability to read, comprehend and provide instructions, both written and verbal.


  • Proficient in Outlook and Internet applications.
  • Experience in Maestro & Alice software preferred but not required.


  • Must provide valid document(s) to work in the US.
  • Valid California Driver License is required (for specific positions).

The work environment at Company ranges from wintertime lows of 30 degrees to summertime highs to 80+ degrees. While performing these duties the employee may be exposed to outdoor and inclement weather conditions.

  • Lift 25-50 lbs. (for specific positions)

Some positions will be required to wear uniforms. Uniforms are the property of Company. Uniforms that have been tampered or destroyed will be the responsibility of the employee and disciplinary action will apply.

  • Hair must be clean and kept at a reasonable length.
  • No extreme dying or bleaching of hair is permitted.
  • Fingernails must be clean and well-trimmed at all times.
  • Antiperspirant or deodorant must be worn.
  • Cologne or perfume may be worn at a minimum.
  • Nametags must always be worn unless your department has a specific policy to the contrary.
