TMI is looking for a results-oriented Digital Marketer with Direct Marketing, CRM & prospect database management experience to join our marketing team. This position will be focused on the planning and execution of our digital advertising campaigns, and search engine optimization, as well as the measurement and reporting of these activities from end to end.


  • Manage all aspects of digital B2B PPC campaigns including search, display, paid social media, retargeting, and digital automation. 

  • Align external digital marketing efforts with website SEO strategies to increase organic traffic. 

  • Measurement and reporting of digital marketing activities and general website performance utilizing Google Analytics and other tools. 

  • Manage, monitor, and optimize Google AdWords campaigns  

  • Assist in any other periodic marketing projects and tasks as required, including production, event, and fulfillment support. 



  • Graphic Design & Video editing experience   

  • An understanding of HTML & CSS

  • 2+ years of direct hands-on experience executing, running, and managing digital display campaigns, SEM campaigns (Google AdWords), and social media ad campaigns in a B2B environment. 

  • 2+ years of comprehensive experience with using Google Analytics (or a similar analytics tool) to analyze campaign performance and making/implementing data-driven decisions to improve website performance. 

  • Experience using HubSpot or a similar marketing automation tool. 

  • B2B social media fluency, native use and knowledge of LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, and their ad platforms. Experience with Ad Buys & Budget.
