Summary of Position

The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for supporting the needs of our Digital Strategy team. This role is responsible for ordering, scheduling and supporting the administrative needs of the Director of Digital Strategy.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Maintain relationship with print and promotional vendors

  • Support the Director of Digital Strategy with administrative and ongoing tasks as needed

  • Assists in project purchasing, processing invoices and credit card statements, and delivery and distribution of project items 

  • Processes any check requests for members of the Communications Team

  • Respond to simple Rock RMS questions and assist with minor edits and updates.
