At Chesapeake Neighbors, we believe quality housing shouldnt be a luxury. Its a right. Chesapeake Neighbors was founded in 2007 by The Arc Central Chesapeake Region to provide, promote, and support safe, affordable, and accessible housing for all. We currently own and operate 57 units across central Maryland, and were growing.
