Position Overview:

The National Accounts Specialist will support the Vice President of Sales on key accounts in emerging market channels: Clubs Drugstores, Department Stores and Discounters by managing the planning function, preparing presentations, processing sample requests, forecasting, entering orders for shipments.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Sales Presentation and Preparation:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Use these tools to support Customer sales presentations/pitches, Customer specific visual line lists.
  • Help create Internal sales goals and planning documents by customer. Update the planning documents in OneDrive.
  • Leverage multiple file and image sharing tools including FileRun, WRIKE and proprietary software for PowerPoints, image requests from customers, and price list sheets to complete assets needed for sales pitches or customer requests. Work in WRIKE, an asset management tool, to ensure we are supporting our customers effectively and efficiently
  • Create sample requests form and manage the sample process with a focus on achieving deadlines
  • Responsible for preparing and managing customer quotes domestic and work with HK merchandisers for import quotes and timelines.

Customer planning and sales management:

  • Manage a 12-month rolling forecast in the Intranet for multiple accounts
  • Share forecast summary weekly with third party Rep group by account to build, move or cancel forecast with input from VP of Sales.
  • Communicate daily with our HK team regarding POs, revisions, inventory, shipping, etc.
  • Communicate daily with demand planning to ensure products offered are available and can be shipped.

Channel management & maintenance by customer

  • Create channel management forms with VP sales for Marketing after identifying customer exclusives with team. Follow up to ensure customer timelines for samples and presentations are met.
  • Create customer specific price lists
  • Manage the customer set up sheets when changes occur
  • Manage the deal sheet submissions when there is a price variance or above and beyond expenditure.
  • Mange the presentation calendar in Teams for customer meetings
  • Review the closeout list weekly to discover new opportunities for Value Channel accounts.
  • Collaborate weekly with VP Of Sales to review account status and open issues as well as order and POS status.

Skills, knowledge, and abilities:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business or related field (preferred).
  • Customer service focused.
  • Strong personal organization and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong sense of teamwork and collaboration.
  • Must be self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Excellent priority management and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven work experience in Windows, PowerPoint Presentations and Excel Spreadsheets.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Full-time on-site position located at our companys headquarter offices in Boca Raton, Florida.
Our office is in-person Monday through Thursday with the option to work from home on Friday.
