Working with partners, managers are expected to lead, mentor and coach team members through DR&F engagements. Responsible for management of engagements and client communications while promoting a collaborative environment to bring value to clients. - Develops effective working relationships with clients and Firm associates

Technical Skills
- Leads and oversees the more complicated segments of engagements, including identification of significant risks, development of procedures, reviewing observations and results, and communication of key findings to clients
- Provides quality control by ensuring compliance with internal (BT methodology and risk management) and external (regulatory) requirements
- Recognizes potential issues and concerns from review of engagement documentation and effectively communicates them to the engagement team and clients
- Demonstrates expert knowledge and understanding of specialized industry and/or regulatory requirements
- Demonstrates ability to conduct technical research and present conclusions to clients and engagement partners
- Aspires to serve as a forensic expert in the form of expert report, deposition, and trial/hearing testimony

- Builds and maintains positive relationships across the Firm
- Coaches and develops lower level associates
- Contributes and supports new ideas on internal processes and client engagements
- Supervises internal meetings to facilitate effective and efficient planning and execution; sets expectations to ensure the team is meeting applicable client deadlines
- Reviews work papers, analysis, and reports prepared by seniors/staff timely and efficiently
- Works with members of the engagement team to identify and resolve any client issues discovered during engagements

- Manages all aspects of billing: drafts budget and fees for clients, ensures budget is followed and engagement is staffed appropriately, and identifies inefficient areas for further consideration
- Participates actively in training and developmental opportunities, both as an attendee and as a facilitator
- Utilizes computer applications and relevant technology effectively
- Possesses a passion for proactive marketing and networking to prospective clients and referral sources, including one-on-one encounters, networking receptions, conferences, and public speaking
- Utilizes personal network to develop other referral relationships as well as business for the Firm
