Come join 2021 Star Tribune Top Workplace award recipient, AllOver Media!  We are looking for a Vinyl Installer to join our Truck Install team.  This position is responsible for the installation and de-installation of vinyl graphics for nationwide advertising campaigns. We are committed to your growth by providing the training and tools necessary to succeed.

Job Location:  Minneapolis/Nationwide Travel, Mostly outdoors

Position Type:  Part Time or Full Time

Salary Range:  $16 - $25 an hour

Sign on bonus of $1000!

What You Do:

• Complete installation and de-installation of vinyl graphics for truck side advertisements
• Monitor quality of work
• Travel as required for any given install or any other assignment.
• Work on multiple projects under tight deadlines
• Update plans and manage expectations accordingly as changes arise.
• Other duties as assigned

What you Bring:

• Previous vinyl graphic installation experience preferred, but not required.  Higher wage for experienced installers.
• Excellent attention to detail, great work ethic and positive attitude
• Experience with tools, ladders and scaffolding preferred.
• Proven ability to prioritize in order to meet deadlines and provide high quality service to clients.
• Ability to work successfully independently and in a team environment.
• Must be able to adapt quickly to change as customer approvals and needs change
• Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations

Physical Demands:

• Employee will be regularly using arms, hands, and fingers to feel, grasp, push, pull or squeeze and reach
• Must be able to frequently stand, sit, bend for long periods of time
• Frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Ability to travel at least 75% of the time.
