Intro/Program Description: Capitol Hall is a permanent supportive housing residence for formerly homeless adults. On-site services include case management, entitlement assistance, medical and mental health services, substance abuse counseling, work readiness training, linkages and referrals, a meals program, 24 hour/7 day per week front desk security, and daily group activities.
Purpose of Position: To deliver effective case management services using a strengths-based, client-centered approach to formerly homeless adults with a history of chronic illness, mental illness and/or substance use disorder with the goal of maintaining permanent housing.
Schedule: Monday through Friday - 9:00am to 5:00pm
Salary: $36,076 - $45,095
