Summary:

The Digital Partnerships Specialist will oversee digital advertising placement locations for use in sales proposals and executing client advertising campaigns. This position will work closely with Sales and Operations to ensure the best solutions are being presented to our clients. This position will also act as a liaison with external partners to confirm digital inventory availability, negotiate rates, and oversee campaign executions.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Research and analyze digital advertising placement locations to assist sales team with building client proposals
  • Research market demographics and provide recommendations to reach clients target audience
  • Create visual mapping representation of ad placement options in reference to clients target area
  • Explore additional digital inventory options for proposals or contracts when a creative solution is needed to fulfill the clients needs
  • Assist with proposal pricing and budget recommendations
  • Communicate ad placement requirements and restrictions to the Sales team.
  • Liaison between AllOver Media and external digital partners as assigned
    • Manage relationships with external partners
    • Research inventory availability and negotiate rates
    • Upload and test creative files
    • Manage execution of contracted campaigns
    • Provide completion reports to POP department
    • Assist Operations and Accounting with invoicing
  • Schedules drivers for programs utilizing AOM owned digital truck
  • Performs general preventative maintenance with the AOM owned digital truck to include, but not limited to routine vehicle maintenance, software updates, hardware integrity
  • Assigns, tracks, and manages GPS units for all digital truck campaigns as needed
  • Collaborate within Sales, Client Services & other departments to create efficiencies and promote continuous improvement
  • Assist with special projects as needed

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2+ years of experience in account management and/or project management
  • Experience with managing partners and negotiating rates a plus
  • Knowledge of ad agency structure and media buying process a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs include PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Salesforce experience a plus
  • Extremely detail-oriented and organized
  • Creative problem solver
  • Proven ability to analyze data to synthesize into a simple, easy to understand solution
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet hard deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and as a team
