The Team:
Our Customer Teams function as the main contact point for representatives of our customers.  We are the internal voice of the customer; we are order managers; we are new-product integrators; we are problem solvers.  It is our responsibility to cultivate and grow relationships based on knowledge and service.

The Role:

The Program Assistant is the information gathering, data management, specialist that supports all members of the team.   You will work in our internal business systems to ensure that day to day requirements and reports are prepared for internal stakeholders and documentation on long term projects meets internal and customer needs. 

You will spend your time:

• Working with all aspects of the customer relationship, with tasks including, but not limited to:
  • Controlling and reviewing internal, customer specific documentation
  • Assisting with Engineering Change Management (ECM) activity 
  • Running regular daily, weekly and monthly department reports as requested
  • Entering customer orders into business system as needed
  • Representing customer teams on cross-department special projects
• Working with and learning with a group of people who are invested in your well-being and success
• Performing other activities that may arise in support of a successful customer relationship

Desirable qualifications to help you succeed:

• 2-year degree or comparable education/experience preferred
• Prior experience with Contract Manufacturing
• Experience with MRP, ERP or material management systems

Travel:

• This position may travel between the RiverSide Lewiston and Winona facilities.
• Infrequent travel for trainings and/or business needs may be required.

Physical Requirements:

• Frequent bending, twisting, reaching, kneeling
• Ability to walk, stand, and sit
• Lifting up to 10 pounds

Work Environment:

• Office setting
