Role and Responsibilities:
The Accounting Staff position will carry out accounting functions on behalf of Thompson + Hanson in accordance with GAAP principles.
Responsibilities:
Job responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Daily sales reconciliation and accounts receivable
- All accounting functions related to Land Holdings Subsidiary, including but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash flow management, property management and tenant relations
- Monthly bank account reconciliation
- Balance sheet account reconciliations
- Fixed asset management
- Assist departments in account reconciliation process on monthly basis
- Monthly journal entries for month-end close
- Adhering to Company documentation policies
- Intercompany transactions
- Providing clerical back up when necessary
- Other duties and special projects as needed
