Middle School History Instructor

Bayside Academy seeks an exceptional and innovative history instructor for the Middle School (grades 5-8). This teacher must be passionate about the education of students in the middle years and be prepared to mentor students in and out of the classroom. He or she must be dynamic and student centered in their instructional approach. He or she must be knowledgeable in interdisciplinary content and pedagogy, and be able to meet the needs of all learners. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are critical as relationships are the cornerstone to student success. This individual must be willing and able to develop strong, trusting relationships with all community stakeholders; students, colleagues, and parents.
