POSITION SUMMARY:

Responsible for processing a variety of tasks related to the servicing of all consumer loan products by the Loan Servicing Department. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who shares our vision to “WOW” both internal and external customers with exceptional customer service; comes to work every day with a “Smart, Driven, and Nice” attitude; approaches each task with a strong attention to detail; and works together with other team members to ensure all Loan Servicing responsibilities are completed daily.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

  • Provides exceptional customer service via phone, email, and internal department interaction
  • Demonstrates a strong attention to detail in all daily functions and the ability to perform the same daily tasks without losing focus
  • Funds new consumer loans and reviews new fundings daily for a variety of loan products, including Indirect, Auto, Boat, and Personal Line of Credit loans
  • Processes and reviews automatic payment setup, change, and cancellation requests daily
  • Processes and reviews address change requests daily
  • Processes coupon book order requests on a regular basis
  • Introduction to processing and reviewing solar loan recast requests
  • Introduction to processing and reviewing due date change requests
  • Introduction to processing consumer loan funding proceeds corrections
  • Print and mail daily notices and statements as needed
  • Performs other duties and tasks as assigned

Qualifications

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

  • High school graduate or equivalent

  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment
  • Proficient with MS Office products

 

COMPUTER SKILLS

To perform this job successfully, an individual should be skilled in Microsoft Office Products and other Database software, have 45+ WPM typing speed and 10-key experience.
