Position Summary:

CellNetix Pathology & Laboratories has a new opening for an AP/CP Surgical Pathologist.

The ideal candidate will have excellent general anatomic and clinical pathology skills. Fellowship training and expertise highly desired. AP board certification/eligibility is required. Two or more years of experience is preferred; however, recent graduates with strong subspecialty fellowship training are also encouraged to apply.

 

Requirements:

  • Must meet Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana and Alaska state licensing requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • Pathologist with sub-specialty training from an accredited program.
  • Must be board certified AP/CP with experience in hospital based pathology
  • Strong customer focus and understanding of laboratory operations
  • Ability to communicate with high level decision makers in the organization
  • Personal adaptability and ability to lead change.

Physical Requirements:

  1. Prolonged sitting
  2. Computer use
  3. Must be able to perform significant periods of diagnostic work thru visual inspection using a microscope
  4. Must be able to fully utilize a microscope using hands and eyes
  5. Must be able to stand at table for autopsy up to 2 hours

Qualifications

Benefits:

  • Associate Base Compensation: $240,000.00 to $300,000.00 DOE with additional AK compensation. Future Partner eligible with earning potential up to $500,000.00
  • Company 401K Contribution: 4% max match

  • Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance: Premiums based on plan election with employee only HSA at $0.00/mo. PPO and dependent plans available along with FSA options.
  • Life and Disability Insurance: Company Paid
  • Vacation/CME leave/Holiday/Sick time: Starting at 6 weeks' vacation/CME, 8 Holidays, 3 Sick Days Annually
  • CME Expense Provision: $5,500 (reimbursed)
  • Sign-on and Relocation Bonus: Starting at $15,000 net
