The Marketing Programs Manager will coordinate with other departments in the organization to strategize campaign outreach, define effective messaging, craft communications, create marketing calendars, and keep schedules.  This is a highly visible opportunity for a talented, energetic, organized and ambitious marketer who is ready to move into a more strategic role.

You're a results-driven, inquisitive, strategic, flexible, and collaborative marketer; ready to execute and optimize integrated campaigns with varied tactics including but not limited to: advertising, brochures, customer and organization advocacy, direct-mail, email, product launches, and web/digital components just to name a few.



  • Research, develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns delivered across various marketing channels
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to segment audiences for robust campaigns that deliver a solid prospect/customer experience (and ultimately generate hand-raising interest)
  • Define clear campaigns, from creative planning through sales follow-up
  • Ensure accurate communication of results for every program and channel
  • Remain agile/flexible as a team-player who is open to new ideas
  • Be a master of tactics and bringing initiatives to completion; but, also enjoy creatively identifying opportunities to up-level marketing activities (from innovative new tactics and campaigns to high-impact communications)
  • Have respect for the rules but the savvy to break them

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3+ years’ experience in marketing programs, campaigns
  • Strong communication skills, especially business writing
  • Ability to run programs on time and on budget
  • Masterful attention to (and execution of) details
  • Sense of urgency in completing tasks
  • Ability to change approaches for each audience
  • Capacity to create and write (and sometimes internally source) content for emails, mailers, brochures or any other needed assets (campaign dependent)
  • Ability to work with sales to articulate campaigns, audience segmentation, messaging, and follow-up activities to ensure results
  • Proven experience juggling and prioritizing concurrent key tasks and collaborating with other members of the team—all while thinking/working towards the strategic goals of the business
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM is preferred
