Description

Evangelism Explosion International (EEI) is actively seeking a part-time Training Administrator for the US ministry in our Arden, NC headquarters.

 

EEI is a ministry that partners with churches across the world to train people how to share their faith in Christ and how to bring people from unbelief to belief. We have a vision of "every nation equipping every people group and every age group to witness to every person" the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Basic Function: Assists with the establishment, promotion, and administration of all EE USA training events; tracks results and insures continuity of procedures among ministry areas.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Administrates all EE USA training events
  • Oversees the registration process for all training events
  • Assists with promotion for training events
  • Coordinates training event schedules with EE USA staff and church staff
  • Creates, posts, and manages events listings on EEI’s website
  • Orders materials for training events and follows-up to insure receipt of materials
  • Provides excellent customer service to EE USA staff, pastors, church staff, trainees, and others as the opportunities arise
  • Connects with local leaders for post-event impressions and evaluations of each training event
  • Assists with follow-up of trainees for implementation and further networking
  • Gathers, reviews, and prepares statistical records of all training events for reporting purposes; prepares quarterly reports of training event statistics for EE USA leadership and board meetings
  • Enters new contacts received from training events and various sources into appropriate databases
  • Willing and able to pray with and for EE staff, pastors, church staff, trainees, and others as the opportunities arise
  • Maintains a working knowledge of available materials and trainings
  • Attends all staff meetings and conference calls as required, including the EE USA Summit
  • Maintains the cleanliness and presentation of the EE USA reception area
  • Performs office cleaning tasks according to the cleaning schedule
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Knowledge of and experience with EE tools and materials
  • Knowledge of general bookkeeping procedures
  • Knowledge of office administration and procedures
