Summary of Position
The Campus Student Director must possess mature Christian character and a strong desire to reach and disciple teenagers. They must have a proven track record of engaging teenagers (and their families) in meaningful relationships and be extraordinarily disciplined in recruiting, developing, and caring for volunteers. The Campus Student Director will also work in tandem with a centralized student ministry support team, collaborating with the central team in creating effective student ministry at the campus and, at times, the all-church level.
Qualifications and Requirements

Preferred 3-5 years of experience in leading a student ministry, preferably in a multi-site setting.

History of teaching both middle and high school audiences effectively

Comfortable in shepherding, supervising, and communicating with students, parents, and volunteers

Passion for student ministry, a teachable spirit, and a willingness to learn

Basic computer skills

A member of The Summit Church or willing & able to become a member
