Summary

B2C Sales Manager works with the VP of Sales to implement detailed sales strategies in order to exceed goals with the team.

 

Essential Functions

  • Leverages systems and support departments to create and monitor B2C metrics and sales trends
  • Aligns and communicates all strategies to ensure synergy with the rest of the sales business
  • Oversees the care, resourcing, training, performance and mission of the B2C Team Oversee execution of goals and maintain accountability with employees 
  • Monitors and drives success of KPI’s 
  • Select, Hire and Induct new staff. 
  • Performs monthly performance management sessions to communicate areas of improvement and to celebrate successes
  • Manage a team to open new business to consumer customers 
  • Manage a team to Increase the sales of existing business to consumer customers 
  • Retain existing accounts through key relationships.  
  • Increase the number of accounts ordering monthly. 
  • Work as part of the Asmodee team to provide support and input to the growth and strategic direction of the Company. 
  • Understand products with sufficient depth to be able to discuss product offerings with prospects. 
  • Monitors and drives success of KPI’s 
  • Communicates effectively to team and management on gathered sales data
  • Able to travel up to 25% of the time; sometimes with very little notice.
  • Perform other duties as assigned. 

 

Minimum Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong active listening skills.
  • Willingness to research independently and be able to explain various products/product lines.
  • Demonstrated track record of developing staff to succeed.
  • Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with other teams and individuals.
  • Proven conflict management.
  • Friendly demeanor; ability to make customer feel valued.
Education/Experience
  • One to three years Business to Consumer Ecom Sales Experience.
  • Two to four years’ experience managing staff required.  
  • One to three years sales and/or customer service experience preferred; not required. 
  • Scrum Certification preferred; not required
  • PMP Certification preferred; not required
