  • Plan and coordinate all events with the Operations team prior to aircraft arrival
  • Build work packages based on sales quote prior to aircraft arrival
  • Collaborate with Quoting to ensure proper billing is associated with the Work Order
  • Update input dates/hours for capacity purposes
  • Research and gather all technical data required to complete the scheduled maintenance events
  • Ensure a smooth handoff from Sales to Operations
  • Research all parts for pre-order prior to aircraft arrival
  • Coordinate all outside services prior to aircraft arrival
  • Coordinate with accounting for payment requirement dates
  • Coordinate with outside vendors to secure parts in a timely fashion
  • Perform additional duties as assigned, position will support primarily maintenance


  • High School graduate or equivalent
  • Four-year degree preferred
  • Aviation experience preferred
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment handling a large volume of tasks with a keen sense of attention to detail
  • Ability to manage time appropriately and work toward scheduled deadlines
  • Strong working knowledge of Windows and MS Office programs
