Plan and coordinate all events with the Operations team prior to aircraft arrival
Build work packages based on sales quote prior to aircraft arrival
Collaborate with Quoting to ensure proper billing is associated with the Work Order
Update input dates/hours for capacity purposes
Research and gather all technical data required to complete the scheduled maintenance events
Ensure a smooth handoff from Sales to Operations
Research all parts for pre-order prior to aircraft arrival
Coordinate all outside services prior to aircraft arrival
Coordinate with accounting for payment requirement dates
Coordinate with outside vendors to secure parts in a timely fashion
Perform additional duties as assigned, position will support primarily maintenance

High School graduate or equivalent
Four-year degree preferred
Aviation experience preferred
Excellent written and communication skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment handling a large volume of tasks with a keen sense of attention to detail
Ability to manage time appropriately and work toward scheduled deadlines
Strong working knowledge of Windows and MS Office programs
