Position Summary: Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Digital Marketing Manager drives membership acquisitions, registration and participation in all JCC programs through digital marketing. The manager must ensure the JCC has a clear and consistent voice and maintain the JCCs overall brand. This position is responsible for creating, implementing and executing email campaigns, social media campaigns, and website marketing.

1. Knowledge and Education - Minimum Required: Possess a Bachelors Degree in communication, marketing, graphic design or other related field
2. Experience - Minimum Required: Possess two (2) years of marketing and communication experience.
3. Ability To:
a. Grow the JCC membership, program registration, and all around engagement through marketing and communication of the JCC Mission and Vision.
b. Work under pressure, prioritize work, and meet multiple deadlines.
c. Define problems, think creatively, develop solutions, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
d. Work well with others.
4. Special Skills:
a. Extremely organized with ability to prioritize projects.
b. Outstanding oral and written communications skills.
c. Self-motivated.
d. Willing to take on challenging projects and provide creative solutions.
e. Knowledge of Canva, Wordpress, Adobe Suite including InDesign and Photoshop a plus.
f. Expert knowledge of facebook, twitter, Instagram, etc. required.

Duties and Responsibilities for all JCC Programs: (80% of time)

  • Maintain, grow and engage the Columbus JCCs social media presences including Facebook, Instagram, and others as determined.
  • Seek out newest online marketing trends.
  • Schedule, create and maintain website.
  • Utilize Pardot to create and send email marketing campaigns as determined with the Marketing Manager.
  • Maintain up-to-date distribution lists.
  • Work collaboratively with JCC program staff to collect, create, and publish the JCC story.
  • Able to create low-tech video content with camera or iPhone.
  • Ability to take pictures to be used in marketing.
  • Use Canva to design any necessary marketing tools.
  • Monitor email address and ensure inquiries are being answered in a timely manner.
  • Generates necessary reports and documentation as needed and/or required.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Duties and Responsibilities for all Early Childhood Learning Communities: (20% of time)

  • Use Pardot to write, compile & edit weekly email communication to parents.
  • Use Pardot to communicate any special information to parents.
  • Keep Distribution lists up-to-date.
  • Facilitate the ECLC Facebook Group.
  • Help teachers gather and share stories.
  • Work in collaboration with ECLC Site Directors to create copy, facilitate outreach, and form community partnerships to grow the marketing presence of the ECLC in its respective geographic area.
  • Use digital marketing to increase tours & prospects for all three ECLC sites.
  • Keep ECLC webpages up-to-date with important information for parents.
  • Manage ongoing ECLC prospects and increase conversion rates.
  • Funnel tour requests and answer any informational inquiries RE: ECLC.
  • All other duties as assigned.
