- Ensure the safety and well-being of all guests in and around the pool area while providing excellent guest service, including answering questions and addressing concerns
- Monitor swimmers and enforce pool rules and regulations
- Respond quickly and effectively to any emergencies or incidents that may occur and administer first aid as needed
- Document all first aid administered
- Perform pool cleaning duties, including skimming, vacuuming, maintaining water clarity and cleaning tasks in the pool house and bathrooms
- Conduct regular pool maintenance tasks, such as checking chemical levels and adjusting as needed, as well as completing supporting documentation.
- Participate in all pre-service facility/pool training and scheduled staff meetings
- Ability to maintain shift schedule, as determined by the Facility and Program Managers
- Willingness to learn about autism and participate in pre-service autism-specific training.
