Moneypenny Receptionists provide world-class outsourced customer service and business communications support as dedicated individuals managing their own portfolio of clients. The role includes, but is not limited to, handling clients’ calls, promptly relaying messages to clients, and bringing a positive attitude to work.
We’re looking for bright, confident and professional individuals to join us at our inspiring new office in Duluth, GA. Representing businesses of all shapes and sizes across the US, as a Moneypenny Receptionist, you’ll work as though based in our clients’ offices, providing exceptional call handling support.
What do we need from you?
It goes without saying: confidence on the phone and with technology. You will be taking calls so attention to detail is a must – a sense of humor always helps as well!
