POSITION SUMMARY:

Responsible for all processing tasks on consumer loans submitted by dealers and branches.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

  • Promote a positive attitude and provide exceptional customer service to customers and co-workers. Embraces 1SB Core Values and leads by example.
  • Maintains knowledge of Bank employees, products, and services to ensure proper correspondence.
  • Audit consumer loan documents received from branches and dealers for processing and compliance.
  • Verify home ownership though review of property documentation.
  • Knowledge of Trusts, Power of Attorney, county property information, UCC filings, etc.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work between several contacts simultaneously.
  • Basic understanding of consumer loans products and terminology.
  • Basic knowledge of all applicable Regulations that pertain to this position is required.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • Great attitude and the ability to work in a fast paced, team centered environment.
  • Passion for providing extraordinary customer service.
  • High School Diploma required.
  • College education a plus.
  • 3-5 years of customer service experience.
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of administrative functions and best practices.
  • Strong information management, organization, planning and detail orientation.
  • Demonstrated initiative, reliability, ability to multi-task, and manage stress.
  • Professional personal presentation; proper manners, and etiquette.
  • Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times.
  • Must possess a valid Washington State driver’s license.

 

COMPUTER SKILLS

To perform this job successfully, an individual should be proficient in Microsoft Office Products and other Database software. Solid word processing and computer database skills with accurate keyboarding at 30+ wpm.
