Flagler / Magic City - Miami, FL

•    Must be able to promote the facility by making contact with prospective members 
•    Must be able to develop and maintain business relationship with patrons
•    Maintains a database of high-volume players.
•    Accurately maintain players development reports and spreadsheets
•    Has full understanding of facility’s features, amenities and systems (Players Club, box office ticketing system, etc.).
•    Recruits and registers new members, explains Club benefits and rules, checks and redeems points, validates promotional points.
•    Stays updated on promotions, special events, etc. to be able to competently inform guests.
•    Other duties as assigned.


•    High school diploma or GED required.
•    1-2 years Hospitality experience preferred.
•    Bilingual (English and Spanish) strongly preferred. 
•    Excellent customer service skills required. 
•    Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills and patron relations skills
•    Must have keen attention to detail.
•    Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
•    Must be willing to learn Players Club and box office systems.
•    Must be flexible and able to work well independently and in a team environment.
•    Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include nights, weekends and holidays.
•    Must be able to stand, walk, and move through all areas of the casino. 
•    Must be able to obtain the appropriate state occupational license.
