Help carry out Cleveland Mediation Center’s mission to promote just and peaceful community in Northeast Ohio by honoring all people, building their capacity to act and facilitating opportunities for them to engage in conflict constructively. Cleveland Mediation Center is a program of FrontLine Service.

The Mediation Program Manager will provide leadership to the staff, manage mediation programming, and evaluate and analyze data for program effectiveness. Specifically, the Program Manager’s responsibilities will include but not limited to: supervising six program staff in Landlord Tenant/Community Mediation, Reentry Mediation, and Shelter/Shelter Diversion, provide training and professional development to staff, and overseeing program data collection and reporting. Finally, the position is responsible for engaging in community outreach for the Landlord Tenant Mediation Program to foster and coordinate new and existing relationships. The individual reports to the Director, Cleveland Mediation Center.

Salary range for this position is between $50,000-$54,000.

Required Qualifications- Bachelors’ degree in Mediation, Conflict Resolution, Restorative Justice or a relevant field or equivalent experience. Two or more years of experience mediating disputes, facilitating shelter diversion, or facilitating restorative justice processes. Commitment to treating people in the LGBTQI+ community and from all ethnic and racial backgrounds with dignity and respect, and commitment to anti-racism. Experience working with people from different economic and cultural backgrounds.

Preferred qualifications- One or more years’ experience supervising or managing staff in mediation, shelter diversion, or restorative justice programs. Experience managing and leading programs in the community independently.
