What You'll Do  

Come get paid to play! The Marketing Specialist will support the Asmodee USA Marketing Team members in ongoing activities including Toy & Gift sales support, PR, consumer-facing communications, managing review requests and shipping materials, develop presentation materials for senior management and assisting the broader Marketing team as they build strong brands.  

• Manage the creation and distribution of B2B communications material that supports the Toy & Gift sales channel, including newsletters, social media copy and product information 

• Work with the Consumer Marketing Manager to create and curate posts for AUSA social media channels, source and maintain catalog of permitted user-generated content and appropriately respond to comments and messages. 

• Work with Communications Manager to place orders in online inventory system and catalog resulting content/coverage from various Influencers and news outlets  

• Partner with the Marketing Director in the development of presentation materials  

• Work closely with all Marketing team members for the development of necessary documents and sales assets across product lines, including the development of sell sheets for the monthly release calendar or as requested 

• Maintain internal and external facing Marketing SharePoint folder, ensuring structure is coherent and evolves with our marketing activity. 

• Fully understand products and product lines. 

• Performs other duties as assigned. 

• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree or related experience.

• Two to three (2-3) years marketing experience.

• Excellent knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel.

• Effective (and fun!) Content & Copywriting experience

• Some experience with image/video editing preferred (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop/Premiere, or similar)

• Solid planning and coordination skills.

• Ability to multitask, take initiative and effectively manage time

• Enjoys a fast-paced environment

• Detail-oriented and organized

• Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills

• Excellent verbal and communication skills

• Trustworthy with highly confidential information
