  • Attends to all guest comments, questions, complaints, etc. in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Has full understanding of facility’s features, amenities and systems (Players Club, box office ticketing system, etc.).
  • Executes all aspects of Players Club – recruits and registers new members, explains Club benefits and rules, checks and redeems points, validates promotional points.
  • Executes all aspects of box office – sells event tickets, assists guests with ticketing inquiries, handles Will Call area, etc.
  • Stays updated on promotions, special events, etc. to be able to competently inform guests.
  • Serves as central problem-solving hub for employees to report issues occurring on the gaming floor or buffet area. Communicates reported issues to appropriate individuals.
  • Acts as a greeter in either the Casino or Clubhouse.
  • Performs usher duties as needed on event days.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) strongly preferred.
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills required.
  • Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Must have keen attention to detail.
  • Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
  • Must be willing to learn Players Club and box office systems.
  • Must be flexible and able to work well independently and in a team environment.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Must be able to obtain the appropriate state occupational license.
