 We are looking for a dedicated and driven Senior National Accounts Sales Manager, E-Commerce to join our incredible team! This position will manage the company's Amazon and Retail E-Commerce development and performance, including direct online sales and digital solutions to enhance the whole customer experience. They will analyze, review, recommend, and build strategic and tactical changes to drive profitability by increasing the customer base, improve conversion rate, order size all while managing margin performance.


The ideal candidate is inquisitive and highly experienced in leading, developing, and implementing eCommerce sales strategies to drive continuous growth. 


The Senior National Accounts Sales Manager, E-Commerce will report directly to the VP of Sales and will be a critical member of the Sales team.



  • Oversees the Sales execution of all E-Commerce customers at Soylent

    • Including, but not limited to, Amazon,,,, etc.

    • Responsible for engaging WorldWide E-Commerce customers and sales opportunities, Alibaba, JD, etc.

    • Pure Play dot com sites such as Vitacost, Thrive,, etc.

  • Collaborate with the in-field sales team on all E-Commerce/Omnichannel development. 

  • Responsible for personal interaction with existing and potential new E-Commerce customers to explore sales opportunities including prospecting, presentations, pricing, and closing of sales.

  • All Soylent E-Commerce sales strategy and direction flows through this position.

  • Collaborates with the Cross-Functional team including the Senior Digital and E-Commerce Marketing Manager to set cohesive strategies to maximize sales and profit within the digital space.

  • Will lead the company directive for sales specific to the E-Commerce and Digital Market Space.

  • Responsible for all Broker engagement activities across the E-Commerce Channel.

  • Maintain outstanding rating and ranking on all marketplaces, and provide our best customer experience.

  • Maintain, optimize, and improve Soylent listings on the various marketplaces (title, description, images, reviews, prices, product specs, customer questions, etc.) to increase product ranking and sales.

  • Pull and scrub reports from marketplaces, translate findings into insights, and actionable growth tactics.

  • Monitor and analyze KPIs (visits, conversation rate, ROI, cost analysis, return rate, etc.) 

  • Inventory planning: compare past and current sales trends to determine future inventory demand.

  • Take command of the aging inventory by finding the reasons for slowing demand and passing the solution to the team for corrections.

  • Assist in SEO strategies and initiatives by ensuring sites are properly optimized for search engine success. 

  • Proactively research online marketplaces to ensure the accuracy and delivery of our content and consumer purchase/check-out experience.

  • Expert level of selling and navigating the Amazon marketplace/ Seller Central/ Vendor Central and/or other key marketplace customers with extensive knowledge of best practices and strategies.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or other relevant studies.

  • 2+ years of experience in the consumer or food & beverage industry is a plus.

  • Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in an extremely fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.

  • Results-driven and able to work with the cross-functional teams to achieve objectives.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, self- starter, and be able to work independently. Strategic thinker.
